The problem: Weighing, billing and reporting lived in different places, so numbers were copied by hand and slips, bills and accounts could disagree.
What we built: One app on the weighbridge computer that takes the weight from the scale, bills the sale or purchase, prints the slip, and passes every entry to Tally and the government portal.
How it's used: The operator enters the vehicle, the app locks the weight when it is stable, and the bill and slip are ready before the truck leaves.

Dealer order & dispatch platform

Dealers place orders, dispatchers ship them, and the office sees every order's status live, in one web app.

The problem: Dealer orders came in by phone and notes, so nobody could say which truck had left, which slip was lost, or how much stock was really left.
What we built: A web app where dealers place orders, dispatchers accept and dispatch them with vehicle, driver and a receipt photo, and stock updates by itself.
How it's used: Every role gets its own dashboard, orders are checked against each dealer's credit limit, and the office sees every status live.
